Dean Alex Liu of Business College visited Harbin University of Commerce On April 7, 2015, Dean Alex Liu of Business College and Ms. Hsuan Chen at the Office of International and Cross-Strait Education visited Harbin University of Commerce. They met President Baozong Xing and Liyen Chen, Deputy Director of Commerce Department to discuss mutual cooperation. Both sides proposed to develop closer cooperation in following directions: opening more self paid exchange students, establishing designated class, faculty exchange of academic resources, and developing 2+1+1 program.
